Boys and girls ages 4 years old through 6th grade may participate. Children should be 4 years old by September 1, 2011. The cost is $80 per player which includes jersey, shorts, water bottle, soccer socks, car magnet, and an end-of-season award.

Each player MUST complete an evaluation on one of these dates:

• Saturday, February 11, 2012 2:00-4:00pm
• Tuesday, February 14, 2012 5:00-6:30pm
• Saturday, February 25,2012 3:30-5:30pm

Evaluations will be held in the outdoor fields to the south of (behind) First Baptist Church Corinth (3033 Meadowview Drive, Corinth)
